Description
Job Purpose : To oversee candidate on-boarding process and provide recruitment support to talent acquisition team.
Essential Job Functions :
Serve as an ambassador to all new employees entering the organization.
Maintain and manage, candidate experience surveys to collect data to be used to support current process and make recommendations for improvement.
Assist with daily recruiting needs.
Keep Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated at all times.
Partner with recruitment team to ensure new hires are on-boarded in a timely manner.
Coordinate with recruiters to schedule New Hire paperwork sessions with candidates
Facilitate weekly New Hire Paperwork sessions to gather necessary pre-employment information, as needed.
Coordinate all pre-employment drug screening and tuberculosis testing with the MCFI health center and Concentra (when needed) and monitor and follow-up on results.
Communicate with MCFI Health Center medical staff about scheduling pre-employment drug-screens and pre-physicals in a timely and professional manner.
Run all background checks, driving record checks, SAM, OIG, Education verification, license and certification verifications.
Communicate any discrepancies with any of the pre-employment checks with the Director of Talent Acquisition.
Communicate daily with all recruiters regarding new hire information and any changes or updates with processes.
Participate in weekly talent acquisition meetings for updates and changes.
In partnership with Director of Talent Acquisition, monitor and track employee referral incentives, to ensure they are paid out in a timely manner.
Maintain the New Hire Orientation Spreadsheet on a daily basis for new entries and accuracy.
Maintain the badge and ID spreadsheet for new entries and accuracy.
Collaborate with the HR Assistant and Compliance Coordinator regarding new hire files.
Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by the Director of Talent Acquisition.
Qualifications
Required Technical Skills, Experience, Education, and Credentials :
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in office administration, preferably in human resources setting.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Two year post high school education in Human Resources or a combination of experience and education that is equivalent to the level of knowledge obtained in an associate degree in human resources.

Ability to build with candidates and internal customers
Skill and ability in working in multiple deadlines, multiple projects / assignments with ongoing interruptions
Discretion
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work individually and in a team setting
