ABOUT THE ROLE
HR Shared Services Administrator – hybrid role with both office-based and homeworking – fixed-term opportunity until 19 May 2023.
£21,420 per annum, pro rata.
In this role you will be responsible for all HR system data input, including new starters, leavers, contractual changes, maternity, paternity and changes to employee details, ensuring the data contained on the system is updated and maintained accurately at all times. You will also be responsible for associated administrative tasks such as employee letters and liaising with employees on the phone.
Liaising with the village HR Teams, you will ensure that a smooth end to end transactional process through to Payroll is achieved. You will become a HR system superuser, providing guidance to HR colleagues across the wider business and support to Head Office and village managers on the use of ConnectMe, our HR self-service portal. This will include manning the ConnectMe support email inbox and responding to employee queries and requests.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be a team player. Strong administrative and data input experience is required for this role.
HOURS OF WORK
This is a fixed-term opportunity until 19 May 2023.
You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. Our normal Head Office working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. However, flexibility may be required.

Essential requirements:
Strong administrative and data input experience
Excellent interpersonal skills and team player
Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) in English Language
Excellent keyboard skills / systems experience
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Confidentiality and integrity
Desirable requirements:
Previous experience of working within a HR Environment
