Center For Healing & Transformation Hiring for Receptionist/Intake Coordinator Mental Health at Kailua, HI Full Time

Aloha! We are looking for an open-hearted, compassionate, and experienced Intake Coordinator who lives on Oahu. You would be working as a team with our current Intake Coordinator, Vivian, who is highly skilled and a joy to work beside.

We are a Mental Health Counseling Center providing Holistic and Integrative Psychiatry, Psychotherapy & Neurofeedback. Our mission is to uncover and heal the root causes of our clients’ struggles in order to facilitate lasting change. We support people to become who they truly are, heal their deepest wounds and traumas, and live a meaningful and fulfilling life.

We would be honored to have you join us. Come support a team of highly-skilled trauma healing therapists, holistic and integrative Psychiatric providers, and a LENS Neurofeedback practitioner. Our office is located in Kailua, Hawaii on Oahu. We will only be considering applicants who are living on Oahu already, though most of your job responsibilities will be performed remotely. The position will require between 20 and 30 hours per week to start with the possibility of more hours as we grow.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answering phones, returning phone calls/emails/faxes, intake assessments and pairing clients to best suited therapist to meet their needs, managing waitlists/spreadsheets, scheduling sessions
• Checking insurance eligibility, calling insurance companies about verifying benefits when needed
• Handling client paperwork completion process
• Support owners with day to day business needs and administrative work as needed

Job Requirements:

1. Experience in the role of an Intake Coordinator for Mental Health

2. Proficient computer and typing skills- we utilize Smart Sheets, Therapy Notes EHR software, and Google suite of Apps including Gmail, Calendar, Docs, and Sheets

3. Fast internet connection and a smart phone

4. Confidential, quiet, and professional workspace
