Centennial is looking for a Finance Associate for a commercial real estate development and investment firm located in the Greater Cincinnati Area. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare analysis and financial models to be used in connection with financings, asset acquisitions and new project underwriting associated with the company’s real estate, hospitality, sports clubs and structured finance investment and development activities.
• Prepare financial models depicting investment structures and potential investment returns for equity investors in various projects.
• Develop cash flow projections, discounted cash flow analysis, preparation of development budgets, acquisition budgets, internal rate-of-return calculations and sensitivity analysis and other ad hoc analyses used by management in its decision making.
• Perform hybrid debt and equity alternatives evaluations.
• Maintain a catalog of debt summaries for properties owned by the organization.
• Initiate necessary professional development and training to complete job duties.
• Create clear and attractive marketing material to be used in presenting information for the purpose of securing debt and/or equity for projects.
• Assist the officers of the Company in the analyses of transactions, commercial real estate valuation, acquisitions, sales and other business activities.
• Assist in the identification of debt and equity sources, library building, and communications related to selling of company projects.
• Assist with due diligence analysis and checklist, as well as work on transaction closings.

QUALITIES

• Bachelors Degree
• 2-4yrs years’ experience in a commercial real estate or closely related field
• Working knowledge of various debt structures and amortization modeling
• Able to work with customers, clients, and financial sources with a high degree of professionalism
• Highly proficient in Excel
• Detail-oriented
• Familiarity with Argus, preferred
