Position Purpose:

This position is dedicated to supporting provider network, management, and operational reporting and analytics needs for New Business Network Development and National Ancillary Contracting teams. This position fills the role and responsibility of a senior data analyst in support of network development activities during RFPs, implementations and operation support of National Ancillary Contracting.

• Establishing temporary or ad-hoc databases and utilities to assist with preparation and management of prospective and participating provider and contract data
• Developing and supporting the data pipeline for provider roster intake, staging, and reconciliation
• Quality assurance monitoring of fulfillment outcomes for shared services requests and management of remediation processes
• Performing data quality reviews and remediation on provider demographic and contract data
• Partnering with Provider IT, Enterprise Analytics and Provider Data Services teams to leverage enterprise data utilities and services
• Developing ad-hoc and scheduled reporting and visualizations to deliver business decision support services to contracting and network operations
• Bulk maintenance and quality control of National Ancillary and New Business PIX records
• Supplying post-production quality reporting and analysis for key National Ancillary and New Business accounts
• Maintaining a staffing and account cost-basis for National Ancillary and New Business Contracting and Network Ops

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. 4+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience. Healthcare experience preferred. Advanced knowledge of Enterprise Reporting and Analysis tools, SQL, and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Access. Experience managing projects or heavy involvement in project implementation.
