The Role

We are recruiting 2x FBP roles to join a collegial, dynamic and high performing team. You will bring your expertise to our not-for-profit environment where you will act as a conduit between Finance and our internal customers. You will build strong relationships and work with our senior leaders to achieve operational and strategic goals. You will work closely with the software team on reporting and presenting data in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Work collaboratively with leaders to manage business performance and inform decision making
• Help to develop insights into the key drivers of program performance through the application of models, analysis and reporting
• Produce analysis of business unit performance against financial plans including providing insight into key variances, deviations from plan and trends to inform future forecasts, identify potential risks and opportunities and understand the impact on resource and funding allocations
• Advise business units on their effectiveness in managing and forecasting project and program performance
• Partners with the business and internal stakeholders to ensure management information is consistent and clearly aligned with measuring progress against strategic objectives

What you need to bring

Essential

• Degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance
• Strong financial analytic skills
• Advanced skills in MS Excel
• Highly effective written and verbal communication
• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
• Ability to do some travel between Centacare sites in SA
• Due to the nature of our services, Centacare is required to comply with COVID19 government directions. You will be required to provide Centacare with your COVID19 vaccination certificate. • CA or CPA designation
• Use of Technology One Financials
• Use of Tableau or MS Power BI
