The Role

An opportunity has become available for a full-time People & Culture Coordinator to join out People and Culture Team based in Stones Corner. The People & Culture Coordinator is responsible for supporting and providing full cycle recruitment, day to day HR Administration and Compliance coordination administration for Centacare (Aged Care, Housing and Specialist Family Support Services)

Key Duties

• Provide end to end recruitment services- advertising, shortlisting, phone screening, interview booking, reference checking and onboarding.
• Assist the Recruitment Specialist in the facilitation of assessment centres as required.
• Effectively use the recruitment system (JobAdder) and other software solutions to optimise the recruitment process.
• Provides admin support for Recruitment and HR projects.
• Systems and inbox management and maintenance
• Preparing and distributing s
• Provide advice within knowledge and skillset to respond to queries that do not need escalation.
• Manage and maintain employee and Centacare compliance in the Aged Care, Allied Health, and Human Services

Skills and Experience:

• 1-2 years HR Generalist, Recruitment and HR Compliance experience.
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources will be highly regarded but not essential.
• Knowledge of recruitment workflows and understanding of full cycle recruiting including onboarding.
• A solid understanding of current recruitment practices and methodologies.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search, JobAdder & HROnboard, Children’s Check and NDIS Portals will be highly regarded.
• Previous experience in the aged care / community sector/ disability will be highly regarded.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a current driver’s license, blue card, criminal history check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and evidence of rights to work in Australia.
