As our Talent Acquisition Specialist you will help drive the talent acquisition/recruiting process by attracting and engaging top quality candidates for a variety of roles. Everyday you will be supporting the TA team by posting jobs ads, preparing written offers, conducting interviews, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, conducting background checks, physicals, drug screens, and assisting with the onboarding process with new hire orientations, and new hire paperwork. To thrive in this role, you must have three years of previous talent acquisition experience, have high attention to detail, love working with a variety of people, excellent communication and organizational skills and a passion to help others with a sense of urgency.
