Cemen Tech Hiring for Tehcnical Writer Full Time

PURPOSE OF POSITION

Primary responsibilities include research, outline, write, and edit content related to Volumetric mixers. Working closely with Engineering and Service to gather information and write process documentation, technical specifications, and manuals. The right candidate will have a proven background in technical writing and capability to develop content in different forms with a clear and consistent method.

More specifically, this person will:

• Prepare and edit technical documents for both internal and external customers including reference and product manuals.
• Prepare and edit procedural and maintenance documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Technicians, and Product Managers to learn and document products and processes.
• Complete documents in a timely and professional manner
• Assess the intended audience and adjust writing as necessary.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to create diagrams, charts, or other visual aids as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION – EXPERIENCE – SKILLS

• BS in English, Technical Writing, Engineering, or related field
• Three years or more related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent writing and grammatical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft and/or InDesign.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
