The Sales and Merchandising Coordinator will assist the SVP of Key Accounts, Key Account Managers (KAM), and Sales Operations & Analytics Manager with administrative and analytical projects. They will be a vital part of communicating information to various internal departments, DSD partners, and Key Account retail stakeholders. This can include but may not be limited to managing Sales Bulletins, building presentations, managing promotional calendars, creating monthly newsletters, and participating in meetings with leadership and other stakeholders. This role will be a member of the Key Account Team and to the Sales Operations & Analytics Manager.

Responsibilities

• ·Support the Regional Account team with various administrative tasks (i.e., presentations, data request, building trackers, etc.)
• Manage third-party merchandising initiatives (creating store list to survey, monitoring performance, condensing survey results into easily digestible s)
• Support Key Account Team on key initiative materials and point of sale logistics.
• Assist SVP in evaluating CRM compliance and utilization.
• Own the Sales Bulletin and Promotional Calendar process (communicating upcoming events, promos, resets, etc. to necessary team members)
• Collaborate cross functionally with marketing and finance departments for ad-hoc projects.
• Other administrative & analytical duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years related work experience in Territory management, Sales Operations, Data Analytics, or similar roles within the Beverage Industry
• Familiarity with IRI/SPINS syndicated data
• Broad general knowledge of the CPG/Beverage industry
• Skilled in Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivots/basic formulas/VLOOKUP’s)
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Effective communication skills
