Description

ing to the Sr. Key Account Manager Mid Atlantic, the Associate Key Account Manager will play a key role in the development and growth of CELSIUS products in the Convenience Channel. This position will contribute to CELSIUS Values and Vision by maximizing long-term brand volume while achieving annual sales budgets and profit goals. This position has the responsibility to communicate and implement CELSIUS national initiatives, policies, and standards to cross functional groups. Internally, it is imperative that the Associate Key Account Manager communicates our customers’ needs across the CELSIUS structure to develop and implement business building programs.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for several Tier 2 accounts within the North division (account base TBD based on previous experience and current KAM role needs)
• North division is currently the biggest for Pepsi, will provide account support to grow Celsius share in this region
• Support Category Management/IRI team as needed
• Weekly Tier 1 chain account ing
• Deck prep support for account team during heavy planning season
• Account Support for National Accounts
• OTF & Tier 3 Support for Pepsi North Division
• Special Projects: I.e. Merchandising Support, Budgeting Support, Trax Support, DSD Incentives Support, VIP ing Support (Account Specific)
• Liaison between Sales Group & Trade Marketing to ensure on time execution of Chain Programs

Qualifications/Education

• 1-3 years’ selling experience in the consumer products industry is required (Convenience Channel preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Knowledge of the consumer products industry and how to execute direct sales, order management and logistics
• Knowledge and experience of internal functions (i.e., Sales Resources, Business Planning, Marketing and Customer Service)
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and syndicated data
• This position requires a winning, competitive and positive attitude towards success.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of bending, lifting, standing, and walking
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, at times

Working Conditions

• Moderate travel is required, must live within 1 hour of an international airport
