cellhelmet, as seen on ABC’s Shark Tank, is a cell phone accessories manufacturer and distributor, located in Coraopolis, PA. The company distributes products to 4000 stores nationwide, including Verizon, Cricket, and UBIF retail locations and distributors. Product offerings include screen protectors, chargers, charge/sync cables, cleaning solutions, device mounts, power banks, and cases; all of which distribute from our Pittsburgh warehouse. cellhelmet offers an enjoyable, non-corporate work environment within the fast-paced mobile industry, all the while being structured with processes that breed success.

HOW CAN YOU GET INVOLVED?

We are rapidly expanding, and are looking for a multi-faceted Digital Marketing Director to join the team. This position will be focused on driving sales and improving our brand reach through multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Creative Director to develop engaging on-brand campaigns across a variety of outlets.

The projects and needs for this position change quickly, and we need a strong team member who can think quickly on their feet and move seamlessly between projects without missing a beat. If you’re up for new challenges with a fun team, we want to meet you!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research advertising trends
• Research competitors’ pricing and products
• Decide on the appropriate campaign strategy
• Develop projects to create content with our design team
• Publish digital marketing content online
• Implement email marketing campaigns
• Ensure that the brand message is consistent
• Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels
• Measure ROAS and KPIs
• Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide s

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 or more years of digital marketing experience
• Experience executing paid social media campaigns
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing
• Knowledge of SEO, Facebook Ads, & Google Analytics
• Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
• Strong attention to detail
• Full understanding of all social media platforms
• Problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of content management systems
• A strong portfolio of work in digital growth and brand building
• Certifications around Google ad words, SEO, and similar

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Expertise with managing social ad spend within facebook, Instagram, etc.
• Strong datamanagement skills within excel and other BI tools

Pay: $70,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
