Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
– Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including written posts, images, and videos
– Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback
– Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
– Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms
– Conduct research on industry trends and competitor strategies to inform social media campaigns
– Analyze social media data and metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
– Financial Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using industry-standard accounting software (Quickbooks Online). This includes recording all transactions, job costing, expenses, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
– Bank Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
– Payroll Processing: Process employee payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
– Accounts Receivable/Payable: Monitor and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure timely payments and collections.
– Financial ing: Generate financial s, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the company’s financial health.
– Expense Tracking: Monitor company expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and recommend strategies to improve financial efficiency.
– Documentation and Filing: Maintain organized and efficient filing systems for financial records, invoices, and other relevant documents.
Requirements:
– Proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role
– Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
– Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
– Previous experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar financial role is highly desirable. Must have experience using Quickbooks Online.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent proofreading abilities
Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Freelance
