Childcare Center Director

Celebree School of Reston, a brand-new state of the art school, will be opened in Spring 2022. We are looking for a School Director, responsible for the overall operations of the school with support from the Assistant Director. Ideal candidates for this position will be focused, high-energy, innovative leaders with a proven track record for motivating team members in accomplishing and exceeding established goals. He or she should have proven success in coaching & developing team members to meet expected standards, in being a leader in change implementation and in taking the initiative as an empowered business leader.

Job Requirements

• Virginia State Department of Education Director qualified
• 4-year degree preferred in a child related field
• Minimum 3 years administration experience required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay
