CEFCO Convenience Stores Hiring for Store Manager Full Time

CEFCO Convenience Stores is now hiring for a Store Manager to oversee their new location in Mabank, Texas!

As the Store Manager, you will:

• Be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the store, including:
• Store profits, all controllable expenses (including labor, inventory levels and cash/inventory shortages), and shrinkage.
• Daily paperwork and computer entries.
• Becoming a merchandiser extraordinaire! Shelves should be stocked and attractive, priced correctly, and displayed in a safe manner.

Other extremely important responsibilities include:

• Recruit, hire, and train all store personnel.
• Motivate, encourage, and challenge all employees.
• Provide coaching and development to prepare team members for future career opportunities.
• Ensure performance standards are maintained.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• 2-3 years’ management experience in a convenience store, retail store, or fast food/restaurant operation. (experience with budgets and P&Ls is a huge plus!)
• Solid communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Solid skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• A desire to build, lead, inspire, and grow a team of outstanding individuals.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
