Overview of Role:We are looking for a high-volume Talent Acquisition Partner to manage one of the largest Contact Centre lines of business within the organization while working cross functionally to support recruitment for additional Corporate functions ranging from HR, Finance, Sales, Commercial and Meetings & Events.
This individual will be responsible for sourcing, screening and scheduling candidates, acting as the first point of contact for all prospective hourly and salaried employees.
In this role, you will act as liaison between the candidate, the Recruiting Team and Hiring Managers while ensuring that the candidate experience is positive and productive.
Key Responsibilities:Lead full cycle recruitment process from sourcing through execution of offerPrepare recruitment materials, coach and consult hiring leaders on recruitment strategy and interview best practices, post jobs and assess candidate funnelSource, screen, and conduct initial interviews with qualified candidates for all positions within assigned line of business, schedule follow-up interviews with managementCollaborate with colleagues and other departments to hit targets and improve processesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with workforce management, leadership, and stakeholders to understand their business and staffing needs and become a true talent partner to the organizationUtilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and tools to effectively source passive candidates and build a robust pipeline for future business requirementsKey Qualifications:
Workday ATS ExperienceAt least 5+ years recruiting experience in a fast-paced environmentExperience balancing a high-volume req load within contact/call center organizationExhibit sense of urgency to fill position exceptional communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with all levels of managementProven record of success in filling roles, hitting goals and meeting deadlinesAbility to efficiently manage your time and be autonomous little supervisionComfort with ambiguityBachelor’s degree strongly preferredAmexGBT is committed to equal employment.Â:
