Job Description – For those candidates who are energetic self-starters, the CED Training Program is a highly structured development course designed to prepare candidates for Profit Center/Sales Management. Throughout the training program, candidates will be exposed to all aspects of the electrical distribution field. This challenging program requires a strong commitment from each participant and encompasses, but is not limited to:

Electrical Fundamentals, Warehouse Operations, Supplier Product Seminars, Counter Sales, Inventory Control, Outside Sales & interpersonal Skills, Corporate Admin Exposure, Customer Relations, Information Technology, Quality Assurance, Financial P&L responsibility, sales & business forecasting

Your development consists of a 2-1/2 – 3 year program with a strong sales focus graduating into a management role. The training program is a self paced program but has a structure as follows:

Warehouse 1-1/2 months

Counter Sales 5-7 months

Operations 2-3 months

Purchasing 1-2 months

Inside Sales 6 months

Outside Sales 12 months

1st year Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
