Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Pricing sales orders as per contract pricing.
Reviewing order details.
Comparing details to contract and any special notes.
Following up with customers on extras to contract items.
Tracking discrepancies and following up with customers to resolve.
Data entry and review of various reports.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Specifications—Skills and Competencies:
Must be able to communicate effectively (both written and oral).
Must be organized and have great attention to detail.
Must be a self-starter and work independently.
1-years experience in an order processing position.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint…), and Accounting Software.
Flexibility and ability to multitask.
Work well under pressure and within deadlines.
Education and Training
Successful completion of a Business or Office Administration program, or equivalent experience.
Experience working in a Transportation /Logistics/Courier environment preferred.
