About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate person to join our team recruiting participants to take part in research to understand how well products, websites, mobile apps and services work. You will join a vibrant team who already recruit for some of the UK’s top organisations across the public and private sector.

As a Participant Recruiter you’ll be responsible for screening participants by phone, email and survey to understand if they meet the desired profile for the research. You’ll also be responsible for scheduling the research sessions and communications with internal and external researchers.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment of participants for multiple research projects from an initial kick-off call through to the day of research.

o Attend client calls to review & agree the recruitment profile & research requirements, highlighting any concerns and agreeing solutions.

o Create recruitment screeners & identify members of the database to contact

o Analyse respondents’ answers and shortlist the most suitable participants 

o Telephone screen prospective research participants to ensure they meet the clients’ requirements and are an excellent match for the recruitment profile.

o Communicate progress with the client throughout.

o Manage all administrative functions to ensure the client & participant are prepared and able to complete research both remotely & face to face.

• Speak to clients and participants to answer queries and resolve issues

• Manage participants on research days conducted in studio (greet participants, contact late participants, provide directions where necessary, adjust schedule where possible to avoid dropouts, and replace dropouts with others who have suitable criteria)

• Build strong working relationships with research teams both internally & externally

• Attention to detail, multitasking skills and good organisational abilities to ensure a consistently high level of service is provided to all clients.

• Create and manage documents, spreadsheets and participant data across multiple systems adhering to GDPR and compliance guidelines.

• Build and maintain rapport with clients and participants

• Work with our acquisition team to ensure relevant outreach for registrations to out database.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a recruitment role, or equivalent customer experience role speaking with members of the public (preferred).
• Excellent communicator with an open, friendly and inquisitive nature
• Basic experience of using spreadsheet tools e.g. Google sheets, Excel
• Ability to prioritise between assignments and meet multiple deadlines.
• Flexible and able to react to last minute changes
• Confident to speak to people around personal / sensitive subjects e.g. Money / health
• Organised and detail oriented.
