About the role

As the Finance Operations Credit Control Officer, you will take a proactive role in managing and collecting debtors. This includes:

• Managing the credit control process by working with CDP Worldwide staff and customers to ensure that collections and payments are made on a timely basis.
• Reconciliation and posting of receipts to the organisation’s accounting system.
• Managing the debtor ledger and producing debtor reports including analysis and review of debt provisions on a regular basis.
• Managing the process of regular contact with customers, resolving any queries, updating the customer portals, and sending out statement of account as and when needed.
• Assisting with auditing and with other Ad Hoc Tasks as required.
• Assisting with performing timely and accurate financial processing of sales invoices in SAP in conjunction with CDP Worldwide staff where necessary.

This is a full time, 3 months fixed term role based at CDP’s London office and/or remotely reporting to the Manager – Finance Operations.

Salary and benefits: The salary is £35,000 per annum.
