About Your Role:

By joining the team at CDNGLOBAL as an Administrative Assistant, you will be participating in our team’s success through marketing, administrative and client support. Your role will include delivering professional customer service in a fast-paced environment to our internal and external clients. You will gain experience in a marketing support and services role, with the ability to deliver high quality reports and presentations.

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing/administrative support, ideally with experience in commercial real estate or related professional services industry.
• Skillful in software’s including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Expertise with Adobe InDesign and overall Adobe products.
• Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent comprehension skills and ability to follow instruction.
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once.
• Ability to self manage when needed.
• Ability to work on a team and individually.

More Information:

This is an in-person position.

We have two positions open, one at each of our Calgary locations (Downtown and South Calgary).

This position can be adapted to be either full-time or part-time. Such information will be discussed in an interview, if you are a selected candidate.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
