Position Responsibilities & Essential functions

• Analyze training needs to acquire information needed to plan for instructional deliverables.
• Facilitate meetings, conduct research and conduct interviews to understand learner needs.
• Share work with subject matter experts, business stakeholders and peers for regular review and feedback.
• Develop learning deliverables using tools such as Adobe Captivate, Storyline, Camtasia, and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Maintain project documentation and utilize standard processes and templates.
• Collaborate and consult with other team members.
• Mentor Jr. Level Learning Experience Designers sharing best practices and opportunities for innovation as well as providing feedback on designs.
• Participate in quality improvement and/or organization wide initiatives.
• Build creative assets within CDK branding guidelines
