DRT is seeking a Public Management Analyst to support the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Responsibilities

• Support CDC in developing and fostering partnerships through consultation, technical assistance, and training.
• Assist with planning, development, and execution of standard operating procedures and improvements on priority areas including CDC field staff development and grants optimization.
• Coordinate, facilitate, and report on plans and actions for/from select agency-wide workgroup activities.
• Validate, align and integrate CDC activities with its strategic plan and public health priorities.
• Develop and execute approach and content for communicating CDC goals, objectives, and achievements.
• Facilitate development and reporting of performance measures

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain government clearance

Required Experience

• 3+ years of experience working as a Management Analyst preferably with the CDC
• Experience with analyzing business processes and making recommendations for improvement.
• Experience with organization strategy as it relates to the CDC public health mission.
• Financial management and developing detailed reports for senior and executive staff.
• Providing technical assistant to state health departments and other CDC stakeholders.
• Previous experience with CDC programs, policies, procedures, and communication activities preferred.

Education and Training

• Masters of Public Health (MPH), Business, Public Policy or related field
