Purpose
BII is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support the Human Resources leadership team. Work will include complex diary and inbox management for the Chief People Officer as well as EA support to an additional 3 Directors and 1 Manager. EA duties will include diary management, expenses, travel and coordination of meeting documentation. The EA will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders such as CFO office, CEO office, ExCo and Board members as well as the regional teams across BII. In addition to providing exemplary EA support, this EA will act as a role model to all other PA’s and EA’s within the Business Support Team.
