CCMHRV is a small business in Glendale, AZ 85301. We have multiple companies, and would love someone with that type of experience to “jump in” and help in financial reporting and the complete full-charge bookkeeper role!

You must be proficient on the computer and have a demonstrated expertise working with QuickBooks Desktop, Excel & Word. Your ability to perform under pressure, multi-task, and remain positive will ensure a good fit for this team.

Position: Bookkeeping/Accounting

Skill requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Strong Computer skills, including proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong numeric ability and attention to detail with organizational skills
• Ability to adapt and work well alongside teammates for accounting of a management company and 9 working real estate entities
• Must possess superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Multi-Company property management experience a plus
• Must have ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to consistently perform at a high level of quality

Experience:

• 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel and Word
• Accurately process typical Accounts Receivable and Payable transactions
• Payroll processing and payroll tax/W-2/1099 experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• TPT tax & GAAP experience

• Bilingual: Spanish a plus

Duties and responsibilities:

• Process A/Pay and entering vendor W-9’s and expenses
• Process Deposits and A/Rec Invoices and reconciliations
• Payroll, Quarterly/Annual Payroll Tax Filings
• Petty Cash spreadsheets and reconciliations
• Interaction with Park Managers and learning rent processing procedures
• TPT tax
• Various Administrative Tasks
• Teamwork to assure monthly financials and taxes processed timely

Pay: $52,000 – 60,000 a year, according to experience and skill level
