C365Cloud is a software as a service product that enables organisations to proactively manage their statutory compliance obligations. Organisations can manage their properties across over 100 modules ranging from Fire Risk, Asbestos & other Statutory requirements, to employee training programs and more. Role Summary

Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit an entry level software developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and testing client specific software within the company framework.

The successful candidate will present a professional, driven personality with an eagerness to succeed and accomplish their work to a standard they are proud of. They will be open to occasional phone calls & customer meetings, being approachable and displaying great telephone manner in each case. Finally, they will have some base-level knowledge of software development, although this can be built on throughout their time in the role.

We believe this role is the perfect opportunity for someone who may not necessarily have the academic qualifications but have a basic understanding of code and how to apply it. A strong part of our ethos is supporting new team members, and we acknowledge that starting out is not easy, so the team will be on hand to assist with any queries as the successful candidate gets to grips.

The main responsibilities will include:

• Liaise with customers to determine exact requirements ahead of any development work
• Design & develop bespoke software solutions using the agreed, signed off specification
• Stringently test development work ahead of publishing into the live system
• Identify errors/bugs in the software and actively contact and support the customer in finding a positive resolution
• Provide tier 2 technical support to clients and carry out conference calls and meetings with customers as necessary
• Review any additional incoming workstreams and action new tasks in a professional, helpful and effective manner
• Manage issue points to resolution when in relation to personally assigned work, or escalate as and when appropriate
• Organise and manage workload through our task management system, ensuring all agreed deadlines are met

About You

• An understanding of programming (C# preferred)
• SQL Server
• Excellent written word
• The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
• The ability to organise daily workloads and work to specific deadlines
• Excellent telephone manner
• IT skills including excel and word
