CCI Training Center Hiring for Financial Aid Specialist at Remote Full Time

Our fast-track online career education programs help adult students move quickly into rewarding professions. We are nationally accredited and approved by the State and Federal regulatory agencies. In addition, our programs of study are approved for Federal Financial Aid. Most programs are delivered in an online format. Campuses are located in Dallas and Arlington, Texas.

The Position: Remote Student Financial Aid Representative

We have two immediate openings for hands-on professionals with a successful track record in Title IV student financial aid. One position focuses on the front-end packaging of students, and another position on the back-end and compliance requirements in Federal financial – aid.

Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate has the ability and interest in working with the public. You prefer to work independently and with minimum supervision. You are driven and focused on obtaining results.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide support to our students regarding their financial aid needs;
• Be quick and resourceful in solving problems;
• Maintain accurate records;
• Understand and follow our policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications and Skills

· Minimum two years of experience in Title IV administration;

· Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills;

· Experience in working with online students preferred;

· No Criminal background.
