CCI Hiring for Remote NCDHHS Business Analyst-Expert at Remote Full Time

Primary tasks include:

• Identify and document stakeholders, data flows, and currentand future state process flows.

• Gather, document, validate, and manage businessand functional and non-functional system requirements as input to the softwareapplication and other technology procurement and development process.

• Developuse cases.

• Document context diagrams, data flow, functional decomposition, andother diagrams in accordance with the state’s architecture standards.

• Work withTechnical Writer to deliver documents and other project artifacts, andcoordinate/track reviews of vendor or internal deliverables by the team.

• Providedata analysis and develop s.

• Assist the business in working with third-partyvendors and in-house developers for software product implementations orenhancements.

• Work with internal and vendor developers and testers to confirmdeveloped functionality meets acceptance criteria.

• Participate in gap analysis andsystem design activities, including documentation of wireframes.

• Assist theBusiness in planning, preparing for and conducting user acceptance testing,including developing test scenarios and test cases/scripts.

• Perform requirementstraceability throughout the project lifecycle to support user acceptance testing andrelease determination.

• Provide project administration support to projectmanager(s).

• Develop surveys and perform online market research.

• Assist theBusiness in identification of quantitative and qualitative benefits from newtechnology investments.

• Assist Project Managers in developing business cases fornew EHR-related initiatives/projects.

• Develop data gathering tools and performanalysis as requested.

• Demonstrated experience in Health InformationTechnology.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $30.00 – $60.00 per hour
