CCI Hiring for Pharmacy Technician Instructor Job at Tuscaloosa, AL Full Time

We have been contracted by Shelton State Community College to recruit an instructor for their Pharmacy Technician class. They are looking for an experienced Pharmacy professional with 7 years’ experience to teach the class. ALL curriculum and materials will be provided. The pay is up to $45.00 an hour.

9500 Old Greensboro Rd; Tuscaloosa, AL 35405

Schedule:

October 11, 2021 – December 6, 2020

Monday and Wednesday 6:00pm – 9:30pm

Pharmacy Technician Instructor Responsibilities:

• Instruct and evaluate students in your area of specialty with approved materials.

• Track student attendance and grades.

• Implement and adhere to all school policies.

Pharmacy Technician Instructor Requirements:

• At least five years of pharmacy work experience.

• Hold a current license/registry which is verifiable within the state of campus location.

• Must demonstrate the ability to teach from an established standardized curriculum.

• Experience with IV and compounding experience strongly preferred.

• Must be comfortable with teaching basic Pharmaceutical Math.

• Teaching experience highly desired.
