Recruitment Consultant – Contract Desk – up to £30k basic with high OTE – my client is a specialist, boutique Technology recruitment agency in the Emerging Technologies space across EMEA / APAC, based in modern offices in the City. Their Software Engineering team is growing and they’re now looking to appoint a Contract Recruiter – they have a number of open roles for you to work on straight away and then you will be mainly targeting new business wins across the Benelux / DACH region.

PACKAGE – Recruitment Consultant – Software Development

• Basic salary up to £30k (neg)
• Commission on all margin – up to 25%
• Flexible / home-working
• End of year bonus
• Early finish on Fridays
• Monthly allowance for gym / education
• Well-being programme
• Laptop and wide-screen monitors

PERSON – Recruitment Consultant – Software Development

• Ideally 2 years IT recruitment experience
• Software Development focus – although other Tech sector experience is of interest
• Proven ability in winning new client business
• Annual billing history of £100k+
• Ambitious, self-starter who performs best without KPI’s
• A team-player with a focused approach and can get things done
