What would I be doing day to day?

Job Title: HR Advisor

Salary: £45,000 (DoE)

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:
Being the first point of contact for all HR queries

Overseeing employee relations cases and escalating when necessary

Managing senior exit interviews and discussing post-interview feedback

Assisting line managers during the entire onboarding process

Co-ordinating internal and external training for employees when appropriate

Working alongside the finance and payroll team to ensure smoothness of the payroll process

Supervising freelancer processes, and maternal/paternal/shared parental leave processes

Supporting the recruitment process such as updating job descriptions and giving advice on recruitment strategy

Supporting the Diversity and Inclusion action plan, as well as aiding in the global people strategy and initiatives

What is the company looking for?

Experience in a generalist HR role is essential, such as working with employee relations, HR systems, and day-to-day operations of HR

Background in HR management desirable

CIPD Qualification is desired but not essential

Strong command of Microsoft Office
