Job Title: International Benefits Specialist

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:
Support the Benefits Manager with product and program implementation

Maintain an inventory of all benefits and benefit renewals

Collaborate with local People Advisory and HR Shared services teams to ensure local benefit needs are addressed

Support manager with special projects suck as provider reviews, new benefit implementations and benefit changes

A specialist for renewals and implementation of Benefits Technology in each local office, to include Total Rewards Statements and flexible benefits technology where appropriate

Continually review and assess the portfolio to ensure alignment to the benefits philosophy

What is the company looking for?

Good knowledge of labour markets, mandated and supplemental benefit offerings and global market trends

Proficient project management and benefits administration capabilities

International benefits experience is essential

Experience in benefit plan design, implementation and interpreting policies
