We now have the opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our Central Support team as we enter the next chapter of our expansion. Across our settings and central team, we have a growing tribe of 150 colleagues with further growth plans for 2022 and beyond already in place.
*** This role may be completed predominantly from home however some travel to our nursery locations and/or our Central Support Office on a monthly basis would be required***
You will be joining a team focused on providing the very best support services for our Nursery Management teams and Nursery Tribe. With the opportunity to work alongside an experienced central team who are responsible for Finance, HR, Marketing and Facilities/H&S across our settings.

Job Description:
· Liaising with Senior/Nursery Managers to understand current and upcoming recruitment needs across all existing and newly developed/acquired settings.
· Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms, CV searches and professional networks)
· Manage recruitment coordination and administration effectively and compliantly (posting adverts, scheduling interviews, managing careers inbox, updating HR systems, etc.)
· Collaborate with SLT to ensure adverts, job descriptions and interview processes reflect the requirements of each role.
· Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls and in person/zoom interviews
· Coordinate feedback for all interviewed candidates
· Liaise with HR Administrator to efficiently on-board new hires – references, enhanced DBS checks etc.
· Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
· Collaborate with Marketing Manager on recruitment campaigns and digital assets
· Work with Group HR Manager and Head of Nurseries to develop talent acquisition & retention strategies and hiring plans to attract future talent internally and externally
· Build relationships with local schools, colleges and community
· Organize the hosting of and attendance at recruitment events and job fairs.
· Report hiring needs by location to monthly Operations Board.
· Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
· Research & stay up to date with recruitment trends, tools and software
· Take on projects and ad-hoc tasks to support the growth of the team and business
· Support with HR administration where required
