About Us

CBS Therapy is currently seeking entry level recruiters to help grow its healthcare staffing organization. The entry level recruiter is responsible for bringing on new therapists for CBS Therapy clients as well as our local clinics. The right candidate will be providing support for our clinics and outreach department. Excellent training and office support for all efforts will be provided.

Responsibilities

Entry level recruitment
Work as a team player with the outreach & recruiting team
Search, identify and qualify all potential candidates by utilizing internal database, job boards, social media and other search engines, contact lists, job fairs, cold calls, etc.
Create and post descriptive job advertisements on job boards
Operate in a fast paced environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• BA/BS Degree
• Ability to consistently meet or exceed recruiting/outreach goals
• Proficiency with all common computer programs (e.g.-Word, Excel)
• Must own a car and have insurance
