We have an opportunity for an experienced and entrepreneurial recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team and support our leaders to bring the best talent in the market to CBRE.
Here’s what you’ll achieve:

- The acquisition of top talent; you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for your portfolio and will strive to find the best talent in the market
- Diverse hiring strategies; incorporate market-leading strategies into the recruitment process to ensure our hiring practises are as diverse as our business, our people and our clients
- Business partnering; build rewarding relationships with the business, understanding the strategic needs and objectives and add value to your stakeholders through advice on best practice, market knowledge, training and sharing insights
- Candidate experience; as a passionate ambassador for CBRE, you’ll ensure all candidates have a positive experience throughout the talent acquisition process
- Data driven results; influence stakeholders to make hiring decisions based on data and analytics.
About you:
- Experience in a fast-paced recruitment role with a track record of hiring top talent in competitive markets
- You are relationship driven and know how to influence hiring outcomes
- The key to your success is your outstanding communication skills and genuine interest in people
- You are organised and can independently manage a portfolio of roles, whilst collaborating with our thriving team on projects and joint ventures
- You value diversity and the importance of building the right team.
