An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team!
The Talent Acquisition Partner is a trusted advisor to the business, ensuring recruitment best practice and legislation is adhered to and exercising sound judgement as a trusted advisor to deliver excellent service to our candidates and Hiring Managers.
Builds a strong understanding of current and future talent requirements, providing high quality market insights through a combination of networking, research and knowledge sharing.
Key Responsibilities
  • Accountable for all recruitment activity within dedicated Service Lines, understand Business Line requirements to deliver recruitment plans in order to hire key talent into all roles
  • Define, develop, plan & implement recruitment and attraction strategies including DE&I initiatives to drive talent engagement and to attract and recruit the best talent into the business
  • Act as a strategic recruitment advisor, working collaboratively with People and Business Leadership teams to align hiring strategy to source talent against business needs and priorities
  • Lead on all recruitment related agenda items at Service Line meetings with Senior Leadership
  • Manage high profile, confidential and business critical roles
  • Build an effective, diverse talent pool of potential candidates to ensure recruitment requirements are fulfilled in line with our DE&I business objectives
  • Actively work with People Partners to understand internal talent pipeline and promote opportunities across CBRE Business Lines
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of talent, competitors and recruitment markets in order to positively impact and develop resource plans against current and future hiring demands
  • Provides weekly and monthly TA activity reports
  • Consults with stakeholders on TA metrics providing relevant talent and market insights
  • Manages 3rd party TA suppliers
  • Ensuring reduced and effective external agency usage across Business Lines
  • Ensures corporate and legal requirements are met as part of their role
Person Specification/Requirements
  • Able to work in a matrix organization; prioritising workload and effectively communicating with key stakeholders to achieve team goals
  • Maintain a big picture view across CBRE Business Lines whilst managing effective day to day delivery
  • Partners and participates actively across the TA team ensuring the sharing and implementation of best practices
  • Inspire confidence and trust as the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, with the ability to demonstrate a high degree of integrity and sincerity with working with stakeholders at all levels (both internally and externally).
  • Experienced in managing recruitment activity across multiple locations – a high aptitude for networking and building strong relationships remotely is required
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • In depth resourcing knowledge and awareness of current resourcing trends and innovations
  • A passion for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in all approaches
  • Knowledge and experience in the use of resourcing technologies and social networking to build diverse candidate / talent pools – ATS expertise, varied search and sourcing methods, LinkedIn, talent pooling and market mapping
  • Consistently leading through professional behaviours, using judgement, drive and influence
  • Role model great customer service through strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Understands commercial and financial metrics
