Job Title: Finance Business Partner / Finance Manager
Location: London
Role Purpose: To fully support the Head of Finance Business Partnering (Property Management) across all financial areas.
Key Responsibilities
  • Line Management of the PM Finance Team (Senior Management Accountant and Assistant Management Accountant)
  • Partnering with business leads across the UK Property Management business
  • Oversight of fee forecasting and revenue management
  • Management of end-to-end P&L forecasting
  • Provision of expense accruals to Controllership on a monthly basis.
  • Lead P&L reviews with business leaders & actively support cost management
  • Production of reporting for review by team heads/Senior PM stakeholders
  • Budget & business plan preparation and presentation
  • Debt management & disbursement processes
  • Tracking of New Business and Account Growth and reconciling with the Business Development Team
  • Ownership of the PM Client Profitability exercise
  • Ad-hoc projects as necessary
Person Specification/Requirements
  • Qualified accountant
  • Presentable, personable and confident individual who can easily liaise with senior management
  • Self-starter with attention to detail and strong time-management skills
  • Technical accounting, system & excel skills plus fee forecasting background preferred
