Job Purpose:
The Talent Coordinator is responsible for supporting TA administration, invoicing and reporting activity.
Supporting with the Interview process across EMEA, liaising with candidates and key stakeholders throughout the hiring engagement.
Supporting system administration on the ATS (applicant tracking system) application – ‘Avature’ and recruitment activity where additional screening or assessment administration interventions are required during the selection process
Acting as a Key point of contact for the EMEA TA team resolving or escalating queries and providing support internally to the business at all levels (upto MD Level) to ensure that the hiring process runs smoothly and efficiently
Support the TA Leadership Team with M.I data by running system reports providing weekly and monthly dashboards on recruitment and Talent Acquisition activity via Avature (ATS)
Full participation in team meetings to provide reporting information and highlight and issues or concerns
Ownership of monthly newsletter and being a point of contact to collate updates
Ad hoc project work
Liaison with Global TA Team to provide a weekly update on all Critical hire information and ensuring relevant data collection points are updated
Key Tasks:
Administrative and invoicing support with tasks and queries in relation to recruitment processes and suppliers such as job boards, LinkedIn, assessment providers, finance, P/O’s, ATS and other 3rd party partners
ATS and other TA systems support, running compliance checks – including candidate experience and hiring manger metrics, M.I and monthly reporting support
Interview scheduling across EMEA, liaising with candidates and key stakeholders throughout the process.
Ensures appropriate stakeholders across the business are updated on candidate status & outcomes of interviews, offer & on-boarding via report checks on ATS – Avature
Ad Hoc Project Work
Undertake administrative duties to support the wider TA team according to demands of the business
Accountable for Applicant Tracking (ATS) activity reports to measure TA team activity, ensure candidate and vacancy status are up to date and that all correspondences are in line with company policy
Promotes CBRE employer brand initiatives to attract diverse talent, actively participating across the TA team ensuring best practice is shared and implemented
Understand and be compliant with latest legislation including GDPR, Data Protection and CBRE policies
Ensures corporate and legal requirements are met as part of their role and champions the Talent Resourcing Principles
Working collaboratively and flexibly as part of the TA team providing a high level of customer satisfaction
Support reduced and effective external agency usage across CBRE

Salary: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
