Closets By Design, the nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems seeks a qualified Software Engineer. This position will be responsible for client-server software applications development, data integration with various back-ends, DBMS and soft documentation. Engineers are involved in user support as well as developing the logic, SQL database architecture and server configuration and maintenance on the backend. In addition to programming features, engineers are expected to upgrade and maintain both the backend and frontend as required.

What you will do….

• Development and maintenance of franchisee client-side and server-side applications.

• Collaborate with other engineers and marketing team to streamline “look” and “functionality”.

• Benchmark, document, and test software to appropriate functionality standards.

The must haves…

• Bachelor’s Degree (Software Engineering) or equivalent work experience preferred

• Minimum of five years applied development and programming experience.

• Microsoft technologies: .NET C# or VB.NET

• Cloud technologies: Azure, AWS

• Open source: Javascript, Node JS

• Front end frameworks: VUE.JS, React, Angular

• Understanding of latest IT protocols
