Responsibilities:
– Enter data into the company database accurately and efficiently
– Verify and correct data entries as needed
– Organize and maintain files and documents
– Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
– Assist with data collection and research projects as assigned
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proven experience in data entry or a similar clerical role
– Proficient in using computer systems and software, including MS Office Suite
– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
– Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
– Good written and verbal communication skills
