Job Description:
1. Provide administrative assistance at Head Office/Home Office
2. Work independently and with executives or management on various projects
3. Maintain records as required. Perform incidental clerical work as required
4. Manage advertising and social media campaigns
5. Provide bookkeeping with accounts payables and receivables
6. Present a positive image of the residence to the public
7. Offer consistent, accurate and timely reporting
8. Provide HR assistance for onboarding new employees
