Caughlin Preschool has a position available for a qualified PreK teacher. Candidate must have knowledge of best practices and the ability to engage children on their individual level.

Responsibilities:

• Assessment and evaluation of students
• Develop and implement thematic curriculum
• Utilize developmentally appropriate practice and research based methods of instruction
• Knowledge and/or ability to incorporate QRIS standards
• Communicate effectively with families
• Collaborate with other teachers
• Manage children with positive, mindful, and thoughtful interaction

Skills:

• Proven experience as a Preschool teacher
• Understanding/Education in the field of early childhood development
• Excellent communication and professionalism
• Consistent, reliable, and approachable

** hourly salary is based on education and/or experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
