We are currently looking to appoint an administrator into the role of Talent Coordinator. This is a key role within the Talent Team, you will offer administrative support to a busy department. Experience is not necessary as full training will be given however the right attitude and willingness to learn is essential.

Role overview
The Talent Co-ordinator will work alongside the Talent Partners and Group Talent Manager, providing administrative support to the Talent Team. The post holder will act as the first point of contact for on-boarding and manage this process through to completion, enabling the delivery of a consistent and efficient recruitment journey to candidates. The talent coordinator will be involved in maintaining compliant Pre-Employment Checks via the Single Central Record. This is a heavily administration based role and will require meticulous attention to detail and accuracy whilst working at pace.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all pre-employment checks and documentation for new hires – ensuring all safeguarding checks are adhered to, escalating any potential issues,
• Entering data on to the Single Central Register (SCR)spreadsheets
• Obtaining and verifying applicants’ right to work documentation
• Providing support and coordination of recruitment projects and related services to hiring managers, recruitment team members, and others.
• Representing and promoting the organisation to potential applicants by providing information, responding to questions, and collecting applicant data.
• Handling and prioritising multiple ranges of advanced administrative duties using judgment and initiative
• Managing interview schedules on behalf of hiring managers
• Following up with hiring managers and ensuring interview feedback is received
• Assist with identifying issues affecting recruitment and suggesting process improvements
• Assisting the recruitment department with the implementation and use of the new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensuring all recruitment records are kept up to date
• Represent the group at recruitment events and conference exhibitions
