As a member of our Recruiting team, you will be responsible for the development, assessment, and delivery of uniquely qualified prospects for one of the most innovative companies in the world. Your focus is on delivering amazing customer and candidate experiences, developing lasting relationships across the globe. This role is 100% remote and ideally looking for someone east coast based.

Requirements:

• 5+ years recruiting experience, prefer startup experience in a global role
• Previous full-cycle recruiting experience at an agency or technology company with direct knowledge of networking, SaaS, network security, SD-WAN or SASE
• Superb client management, organizational, negotiation and presentation skills with the composure to handle high volume
• Ability to sell the value of role, company, manager, and team
• Working knowledge using an ATS for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
• Experience recruiting for a wide range of roles is preferred.
• A strong drive to ensure candidates have the best experience when applying to and interviewing
• Possesses high competencies in thinking strategically in as well as communication/interpersonal skills
• Proven success in recruiting technical and non-technical candidates at all levels including Entry to Director levels
• Demonstrable ability to successfully prioritize and manage a large and diverse requisition load in a dynamic, constantly changing work environment
• Excellent candidate assessment skills with knowledge of fundamental behavioral interviewing

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business leaders, and customer organizations to understand skill requirements, background, and experience needed to develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy to align with demand
• Implement and execute full life cycle recruitment function including but not limited to sourcing, screening, submitting, interviewing and closing candidates
• Build and maintain working relationships with internal and external partners
• Maintain in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of top talent, companies, competitive industries and trends
• Be responsible for building a pipeline of top talent (both active and passive)
• Develop candidate assessments, research trends and industry calibration and be able to handle offers
