CatholicCare Diocese of Broken Bay is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team.

This role is critical to delivering end to end recruitment support to hiring managers and coordinating creative new initiatives to assist us in attracting and selecting the absolute best people for the job.

This is a Permanent Full-time position, based in our Head Office at Pennant Hills.

Duties

• Establish yourself as a subject matter expert for best practice hiring behaviours, across the organisation.
• Build Talent Pools and develop pro-active sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates for harder to fill roles.
• Provide interview, assessment, and selection advice to Managers, to guide them in making the best hiring choices for our organisation and culture.
• Get involved in Talent and HR projects, as required to help you develop your skillset.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar Talent Acquisition position or HR Generalist role
• Ability to work in a dynamic, ever changing hiring environment.
• Exceptional relationship building and stakeholder management abilities.
• Engaging communication style.
• Australian work rights and a willingness to submit a National Criminal History Check application
