About the role

CatholicCare Diocese of Broken Bay is seeking a Rostering Coordinator to support our Disability Services Team in the creation and maintenance of rosters within our data management system to ensure a reliable and consistent service to our clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day roster management tasks, as well as ongoing training of staff in our Roster Management system, reporting requirements and other related projects needed.

This is a Permanent Full-time opportunity.

Requirements

• Qualifications in social, health, education, or community services or related area and/or extensive relevant experience.
• Use of rostering software packages (working knowledge of CareLink+ and Human Force highly desirable) and/or extensive rostering experience.
• Knowledge of Person Centred Approach and NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Standards
• Knowledge of National Disability Insurance Scheme
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Completion of the mandatory NDIS Worker Orientation Module ‘Quality, Safety and You’ is required. Click here to access it.
