Catholic Medical Center is looking to hire multiple Talent Acquisition Specialists to join their grown Human Resource Department. This position will be Hybrid. Come be part of a re-warding and amazing team!

The Talent Acquisition Specialist serves as a critical partner with hiring managers to understand the talent need and develops strategies to attract, screen and present to managers only those high quality candidates that will fill their need. Talent Acquisition Specialists help to grow and evolve our recruiting practices by developing a solid understanding of our systems and processes, identifying and engaging top talent, and continually advancing our recruiting tools and tactics. Under the immediate direction of the Manager of Talent Acquisition and overall direction of the Director of Human Resources, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for:

• Consult and collaborate with leaders, hiring managers and human resources team on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation and sourcing strategies for assigned areas.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for identified openings to include: Intake discussion; strategy creation; social media marketing and job postings; review of applicants; pre-screen qualified candidates; and present appropriate candidates to hiring manager.

• Sources, pre-screens and interviews candidates from both internal and external sources for general competence, applicable background and skills, and organizational fit

• Provides applicants with pre-employment information regarding job requirements, location, wages, benefits, and any special hiring incentives.

• Supports recruiting through the use of professional job fairs, on-line job boards networking and appropriate social media outlets.

• Provides input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals.

• Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives

• Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations

• Assess candidates’ information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references

• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline

• Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders

• Utilize all available direct sourcing tools and technology to ensure a quality candidate shortlist/pipeline.

• Develop a plan with the hiring manager when a position is open for at least 30 as to shift strategy if necessary.

• Be a ‘recruitment best practice’ champion for Catholic Medical Center.

• Partner and build strong internal relationships with your TA peers, HR, Compensation, and internal business units.

• Provide information to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions, candidate availability, salary benchmarks and any issues that could hamper successful recruitment.

• Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume & phone screens, candidate interviews, recommend final selection of applicants and close qualified candidates.

• Place and update all job postings in various Medias including internet/intranet sites, colleges, social networks, community boards and staffing partners.

• Communicate with managers and employees regularly to promote ATS referral program and internal opportunities.

• Create offer letters; maintain applicant tracking system, recruiting reports and other staffing administration functions as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree required or Associates with at least 3-5 years of talent acquisition experience in a fast paced environment.
• Experience working with Recruitment systems such as Taleo and Oracle
• Ability to interpret and use data and analytics to build insights for planning purposes Work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles
• Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Proven ability to communicate and effectively “sell” an organization’s value proposition.
• Must possess excellent oral/written communication, marketing, presentation, interviewing and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), internet, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Strong customer service, negotiation skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels throughout the company.
• Self-starter with excellent time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, trustworthiness and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Creative in brainstorming and proposing new ideas and solutions to existing problems.
• Willing and able to travel occasionally, including overnight travel.
