HR Reporting Analyst

An exciting new opportunity has become available for HR Reporting Analyst to bring their passion for numbers, analytics and problem solving. Join a large, collaborative, and dynamic team of HR professionals at a time of substantial growth.

In this is a newly created position, you will call on your previous Analyst experience within Human Resources to capture, translate and develop creative, informative, and compelling reports to the Chief People Officer and Remuneration & Benefits Manager.

• Use payroll, rostering and other HR software systems to extract and analyse data and create insightful reports for key internal stakeholders
• Design informative dashboard style reports to identify trends in key workforce metrics
• Support large scale analytical programs, such as salary benchmarking, gender equality reporting, and workforce rostered hours
• Create meaningful reports and contribute your insights to guide and support decision making

The successful candidate is someone who is excited by a new opportunity and able to overcome the challenges that come with this, has a keen eye for numerical accuracy, and has worked in a similar position as an Analyst within a HR team.

• Tertiary qualifications within Commerce, Business Management, or related field
• Previous experience working within the Aged Care or NFP Industry is desirable but not essential
• Strong business analytics and report design skills
• Learning agility related to technologies; able to learn and master new software packages quickly
• Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills essential, Power BI – advantage, Chris 21 experience preferred
• Must provide evidence of Covid19 Immunisation including booster by 12th April – Essential.
