About the Role

You will join a small finance team and support with transactional accounting, accounts payable and bookkeeping duties. You will also be given the option of working partly from home if preferred.

Supporting the Director of Finance, typical day to day duties will involve:

• Bank reconciliations
• Managing invoice approvals including:
• Accounts payable processing and data entry
• Vendor reconciliations
• Management of the accounts inbox for queries
• Query resolution
• Liaising with internal & external stakeholders
• Use of MYOB Greentree accounting software
• Ad hoc duties relevant to the role as required

Please note this role is initially on a casual basis for approximately 8-10 hours per fortnight for an immediate start.

It is worth noting that there is scope for this role to become permanent in the future.

The organisation has a family working environment and a great culture. The Finance Office is based in Kew East and easily accessible by public transport.
