Job Description: Customer Support Representative at Style.Re
Position Overview:
Style.Re is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional assistance to our users. As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring user satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our fashion technology platform. Your strong communication skills and customer-centric approach will contribute to creating a positive user experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– **User Interaction:** Interact with users via various channels (email, chat, phone) to provide timely and accurate responses to their inquiries.
– **Issue Resolution:** Troubleshoot user concerns, resolve technical issues, and provide effective solutions in a professional manner.
– **Product Knowledge:** Acquire in-depth knowledge of the Style.Re platform to assist users with their questions and provide guidance.
– **Order Assistance:** Assist users with order-related inquiries, including tracking, delivery, returns, and refunds.
– **User Education:** Educate users about our platform’s features, services, and benefits to enhance their overall experience.
– **Problem Escalation:** Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
– **Feedback Collection:** Gather user feedback and insights to help improve our platform and services.
– **Documentation:** Maintain accurate and organized records of user interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
– **User Empowerment:** Provide guidance to users on using our platform effectively and navigating any challenges.
**Qualifications:**
– High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
– Proven experience (X years) in customer support or a related role, preferably in a tech startup or e-commerce environment.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Empathetic and patient demeanor when interacting with users.
– Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
– Ability to handle multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously.
– Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
– Familiarity with fashion technology and e-commerce platforms is advantageous.
– Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
